What's this?
This electro-mechanical device is an add-on for a mechanical lock, enabling remote locking and unlocking via an app. Primarily used in commercial and business cases:
- Offices & coworking spaces – employee access control, temporary passes, entry/exit logging.
- Hotels & rentals (Airbnb, short-term stays) – remote issuance and revocation of digital keys instead of traditional cards or keys.
- Warehouses & server rooms – restricted access for specific staff, entry log tracking.
- Parking & utility rooms – access management without physical presence.
- Temporary access for couriers – e.g., secure package delivery inside designated areas.
- This device can also be integrated into a smart home system.
